 This DVD shows how Paul Boos teaches ballet class. His approach creates a dancer with strong endurance. Each exercise at the barre ends the first side with a turn to the second side and continues doing the exercise without stopping. Five dancers perform this intermediate ballet class which includes a complete barre and center. This DVD is a non-chaptered video stream in a clear unmarked case which shows the label of the disc.
