Presenting a new series called "Legends" that is devoted to master teachers of dance. On this compact disc, Lucina paner offers a sample of the classical and familiar music she plays at the Ruth Page Foundation School in Chicago. These selections are specially chosen to fit a ballet class taught by master teacher Larry Long, director of the Ruth Page Foundation School. All of the selections on this compact disc are repeated for exercises on both sides at the barre or several groups in the center.

Larry Long created this DVD of his ballet class to show the kinds of steps he would use with this music. Each exercise is first demonstrated and then performed by seven advanced dancers in this one-hour intermediate ballet class. This ballet training DVD is an example of the types of steps and music used in a ballet class at the Ruth Page Foundation School and the Civic Performing Group.

The single compact disc contains twenty-two repeated solo piano melodies for a complete ballet class. The one-hour DVD uses all of the selections on the compact disc and presents the steps in a “Do Along” format. This DVD is a non-chaptered video stream in a clear unmarked case which shows the label of the disc. What's this?
