This collection of classical and familiar melodies is perfect for any level of ballet class. Nancy Bielski is a master teacher in New York City and has worked with Jonah Speidel in company classes with American Ballet Theater and in several other dance classes. They have created a wonderful working relationship which is illustrated in this CD. There is plenty of music for barre and center work with an extra tango track at the end of the class. This music is very inspiring and fun to dance to. All the music for the barre is repeated.

Teacher Training DVD

Several professional dancers take this advanced class taught by Nancy Bielski. This is a very inspiring look at some of the best dancers in New York. Many of the dancers were with professional ballet companies at the time of shooting the video footage. Each exercise can be modified for a more intermediate class but this DVD gives a dancer something to strive for.

Please note: At present the DVD is in a first edition format which is not interactive. It contains all the video footage without chapter markers and menus. The final edition, which will include chapters and the final artwork on the cover (with contents, etc.) is due to come out around October, 2007.
