Visual Notes

"First Class Vol. I"
Bodarc Productions proudly presents visual notes to the album, "First Class". Filmed at the David Howard Dance Center in New York City, these Visual Notes are designed to demonstrate different exercises to be used in preballet and beginning ballet class. Working with the music from the album "First Class", composed and performed by Lynn Stanford, Nancy Bielski leads eight young students through exercises designed to teach a correct foundation for all the ballet steps. The intent of these Visual Notes is to present ideas and not performances. However, to demonstrate the movements more clearly and correctly, these students have had some ballet training. Each exercise is demonstrated fully before the music begins so it is possible to dance along with these children as they take you through a beginning ballet class.
This DVD is a non-chaptered video stream. What's this?
