This DVD presentation contains some of David Howard's favorite steps for ballet class. During the complete barre and center David offers exercises which he has found to be some of the most effective learning steps. David first demonstrates an exercise, then two advance students perform each movement. All of the music on the album is used in this 54 minute ballet class.
