The second volume by Patience Craft has a much richer tone suited for older dancers. The energy of the first volume is still present in this new CD which contains expanded tracks at the Barre and in the Center. Most of the exercises have two musical versions with many allegro selections in the Center. This music offers an opportunity to challenge the students' endurance with several tracks around four minutes long.
