All Customers MUST select a shipping method when placing an order. If an incorrect shipping method has been selected call 800-793-6843 between 8am & 7pm CST to change your order. A change to an order may result in additional charges. Most orders are shipped out by 4pm so we may not always be able to change your order.

30 day return policy on domestic orders:
In the 48 US states, return any item for an exchange or refund 
  within 30 days of purchase. All shipping charges will not be refunded.
  Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Military Addresses and International addresses
cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
