way to learn hip hop. This is a
very basic beginner DVD that starts with very easy movements and builds
on them
through the class. Perfect for the first time hip hop dancer. The kids
follow
Roger G in every exercise and then have a free dance session at the end
of the
class which shows lots of moves to add into the class.
Start with the first chapter Standing
Warm-up. If you want to do some more stretching, fast forward to
the Bonus Section for the Stretch and Strengthen dance and
yoga exercises. When you are warmed up and ready to dance, just click
