INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All international orders must be prepaid.
All transaction amounts are conducted in United States currency (USD) only.
Orders payable in U.S. dollars only by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or a check drawn on a U.S. Bank.

Orders are shipped from Dallas, Texas (United States)
 All orders are processed and shipped on Monday afternoons.
Any order received after Monday at 12:00 pm will be shipped the following Monday.

 SOUND EQUIPMENT WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES.
Customs may cause unexpected delays in transit time, and may initiate charges over which we have no control.
NOTE: Weekends & holidays are not counted in transit times.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If your order contains out-of-stock items: your order will be processed, in-stock items will be sent, you will be issued a refund on out-of-stock items and you will need to reorder the out-of-stock items at a later date.

International customers MUST select the appropriate shipping method when placing an order. If an incorrect shipping method is selected or if special handling is required (see below), an additional shipping amount may be charged as a separate charge. A receipt for this additional change will be emailed to you.
Important, please read:
An additional $15.00 shipping charge shall be added to your order for special handling (based on your shipping destination) so your order can be sent by Registered Mail to insure delivery.
