The DVD demonstrates a complete Barre & Center, performed by two advanced dancers. David first describes each exercise, giving suggestions and corrections, the music begins and the dancers perform each step. In the short introductions to each exercise, David Howard discusses elements and ideas involved teaching ballet correctly. Without pausing for demonstration, the dancers perform each exercise so the viewer can appreciate the comments David has made. This DVD is a non-chaptered video stream in a clear unmarked case which shows the label of the disc. What's this?
