This one hour interactive DVD contains video footage from a pointe examination class. Stephanie Marini uses this class to determine if a dancer is ready to go on pointe. Stephanie has several young dancers demonstrate each exercise. She also discusses many of the problems and issues concerning pointe work with Samara Dimattia, a physical therapist trained in dance injuries. This title was originally released as a streaming video without chapters. It is now available in a fully interactive chaptered format where you can easily jump to any exercise or topic you want to see.
