Little Ballerina
with Andrey Klemm shows one young girl
demonstrating a beginning ballet class. They
start with exercises facing the Barre with
several simple tendu exercises to build
strength and bends forward and back to help
with flexibility. Andrey gives the young
dancer corrections on placement and
execution of the exercise as the class
progresses. The class is accompanied by
Marita Mirsalimova playing solo piano
arrangements of familiar classical music.
The eighty minute class includes Barre,
Center, Jumps and simple Pointe exercise.
