The opening song on this album of 30 melodies for ballet class is a wonderful rendition of “Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered”. A great way to start a class! These solo piano arrangements of familiar songs from the 40’s is the second volume by Peter James of music from that era. This super long CD contains lots of music for the center work with “Skylark” played for the adagio once slow/short and once faster/longer. The grand allegro is over four minutes long which should wear out the dancers at the end of class. The final reverence is “I Wish You Love” a perfect way to end a rather intense ballet class.
