City. The melodies are especially designed to fit a
ballet class taught by David Howard. Most of the
selections on the compact disc are repeated for
exercises on both sides at the barre or several
groups in the center.

first demonstrated and then performed by four young
dancers in this intermediate ballet class. This DVD
