This single CD contains twenty five solo piano melodies for a complete ballet class. Whit Kellogg, ballet pianist at the Metropolitan Opera in New York City, offers these new arrangements of familiar opera melodies. These selections are specially designed to fit a ballet class taught by Antoinette Peloso who is a dancer for the Metropolitan Opera. Most of the selections on the compact disc are repeated for exercises on both sides at the barre or several groups in the center. Many of your favorite selections are contained in the double length compact disc along with several not so familiar melodies. This new addition gives a real variety of music to your ballet class.
