In this DVD, Calen and Chris guide you through their innovative "Floorwork" helping give the Intermediate/Advanced dancer another level of spatial awareness. They break down basic body positions and inform you how to support yourself through the use of your technical training. Then they demonstrate some of their signature steps and variations to add to your vocabulary as a dancer, teacher or choreographer. This all concludes with a step by step break down of two contemporary combinations; one high energy with a jazzy feeling and a playful piece incorporating some fun partnering, that illustrate methods to help create seamless transitions on and off the floor.
