All the music on this CD is arranged for
a complete modern dance class. Each track is metered
for certain movements like a slow three or moderate
seven. The combination of solo piano music and
percussion give that intense energy that is needed in
modern dance without being to overwhelming. The
percussion always stays in the background so there is
always a melody to dance to. This CD starts out and
ends with slower pieces for stretching and warm-up
while the tracks in the middle of the CD are designed
for particular rhythmic patterns and exercises.
